What is Balkon OBS Agent?

Balkon OBS Agent is a desktop bridge app that connects a streamer's local OBS Studio to the Balkon Discord bot through a remote WebSocket relay.

It allows streamers to control OBS from Discord without cloning or running the full Balkon bot repository.

Setup

1. Download and run the installer.

2. Open OBS Studio.

3. Enable OBS WebSocket:

   • OBS Studio → Tools → WebSocket Server Settings
   • Enable WebSocket server
   • Port: 4455

4. Generate credentials in Discord:

   /streamer register nickname:<your-nickname> primary:true
   /streamer agent_pair nickname:<your-nickname>
