update removes uploaded files in public folder #196

Current Behavior

After update uploaded logo and favicon keeps being deleted after update to newer version of beta.

Expected Behavior

Keep uploaded files in public folder.

Steps to Reproduce

1. upload logo and favicon to public folder
2. update to new version
3. check uploaded files in public folder
4. they are deleted
