Add Streamlit app for GPX track visualization and analysis. Users can upload GPX files, visualize tracks with speed coloring, view statistics, run simulations, and download PDF reports.

This commit adds a complete Streamlit application that allows users to:
- Upload GPX files for analysis
- Visualize tracks with speed coloring on interactive maps
- View track statistics (distance, duration, average speed)
- Run AR-1 and Gaussian process simulations
- Find best segments for distance or time targets
- Generate and download comprehensive PDF reports

The app includes:
- Main application (app.py) with user-friendly interface
- Visualization module with multiple plot types
- PDF report generation with reportlab support
- Comprehensive test suite
- Requirements file for dependencies

Features:
- Multiple speed units (m/s, km/h, knots)
- Interactive sidebar for analysis options
- Tab-based navigation for different visualizations
- Customizable simulation parameters
- Downloadable plots and PDF reports

Tests include:
- Visualization function tests
- PDF report generation tests
- App component tests
- Mock OpenTURNS for testing without dependencies
