fix: update ts types and lint files

This pull request includes several changes across multiple packages to improve code quality, fix imports, and refine configurations. The most important changes are grouped by theme as follows:

Code Quality Improvements:

• packages/databases/src/migrations/migrate/type.ts: Added semicolons to the MigrationsToAddAfterIterationType type definition.
• packages/events/src/events/exceptions.ts: Simplified the NoLayerError constructor message to a single line.
• packages/server/src/request/index.ts: Removed unnecessary ESLint disable comment for ts/ban-types.

• packages/client/__tests__/test.ts: Changed import of coreDomain to a default import and adjusted the order of imports.
• packages/databases/__tests__/src/drizzle/drizzle.test.ts: Changed DrizzleDatabaseAdapter import to a type import and modified the DatabaseAdapter interface.
• packages/databases/__tests__/src/sequelize/migrations/index.ts: Standardized the import statement to use single quotes.
• packages/databases/__tests__/src/standalone/sequelize/database.config.ts: Removed and re-added the migrations import to fix formatting issues.

Configuration Updates:

• packages/client/__tests__/tsconfig.json: Updated compilerOptions and include fields to refine TypeScript configuration.

These changes collectively enhance the maintainability and readability of the codebase.
