test(gb-test-runner): import samesuite v7 standalone report

Summary

• Import c-sp game-boy-test-roms v7.0 SameSuite into the standalone samesuite report as a single samesuite family with folder-scoped manifests.
• Remove the legacy DocBoy/GBEmulatorShootout framebuffer old_samesuite manifests, sources, and fixtures.
• Extend fibonacci-result to accept SameSuite's breakpoint-then-HALT terminal, and temporarily comment the standalone SameSuite lane while the v7 report is baselined.

• cargo test -p gb-test-runner --lib (198 passed)
• cargo rom-fetch samesuite
• cargo rom-suite samesuite --suite samesuite-interrupt
• cargo rom-suite samesuite --suite samesuite-sgb
• cargo rom-report samesuite (71/76; known c-sp v7 APU timing/revision failures remain)
• cargo fmt --all -- --check
• git diff --check
• Commit hook: cargo check and cargo-deny advisories/bans/licenses/sources

Notes

The existing promoted gb-emulator-shootout/samesuite* gate is unchanged. Only the standalone report inventory is restructured.
