The frontend-apps reverted to v1 of @openedx/brand-openedx (see openedx/frontend-app-learning#1906), so point the docs site's default theme back at v1 to stay consistent. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
