This addressed issues such as using Web OpenCOR in SimulationVuer within sparc-app-2 where the CSS was all messed up and where tooltips and drop-down menus were not visible in full-screen mode.
I had forgotten to merge things before implementing all sorts of changes that render the last merge unnecessary.
