Addition to AI API Section

Adding CoderPlan — a unified LLM API gateway with OpenAI-compatible protocol.

What it does

Provides a single API endpoint to access Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Grok models. Fully OpenAI-compatible — drop-in replacement for any tool or framework that uses the OpenAI SDK.

Why it fits

• Same category as OpenRouter (unified LLM API gateway) — already listed in AI API section
• OpenAI-compatible endpoint — consistent with OpenAI/Gemini/Cohere entries
• Pay-per-use pricing at ~0.7x official provider rates

Entry format

• Follows the existing table format (no extra blank lines)
• Placed after OpenRouter, before Gemini API (grouped with unified API providers)
• No open-source repo — uses - in the Repos column (same as Perplexity entry)
• Icon filename uses placeholder coderplan_icon.webp — maintainer can replace with the actual logo
