Pull request overview
Updates the repository’s README to better describe the project and replace placeholder ownership metadata with an explicit maintainer list.
Changes:
- Add a short one-line description of the repository at the top of the README.
- Replace the “TODO” placeholder with a concrete Maintainers list.
- Remove the unused “Approvers” section that previously contained only placeholders.
