Pull request overview
This PR updates the pull request dashboard README to better guide maintainers toward manually triggering a dashboard run after opting in, and narrows the "Manual runs" section to focus on repository-level dispatches.
Changes:
- Adds a pointer in the opt-in guidance to the Manual runs section so maintainers can trigger the dashboard sooner than the next scheduled run.
- Removes the "Manual targeted PR refresh" example (using
pr_number) from the Manual runs section to keep it focused on repository-level dispatches.
