add production ready unicorn config.
Replace basic/default config with the production-ready config tuned for running unicorn under systemd
- Add GET /submission_metadata/:attribute endpoint for direct access to submission metadata - Add GET /ontology_metadata/:attribute endpoint for direct access to ontology metadata - Add unit test - Support direct linking to specific metadata definitions for improved documentation The new endpoints allow accessing individual metadata properties via URLs like: - /submission_metadata/version - /submission_metadata/versionIRI - /ontology_metadata/name - /ontology_metadata/acronym Resolves: - #181 - ontoportal#10
