Summary

Full mirror sync of the latest code from the internal Bitbucket repository (rohitahuja1/smc-stx-nucleus-cloud-ops, branch master-v1, HEAD ba75f108) into this repository.

What's included

• 419 files added — test suites (*.test.ts/*.spec.ts) across web-ui, workers, and e2e; resource-graph module (canvas, BFS, query tools, repositories, API routes); deep-agent subagents + todo middleware; planning/spec/RCA docs; 6 new Prisma migrations
• 178 files updated — source code brought in line with Bitbucket (resource-graph tools, skill loading, FK-based role resolution in rbac/authorize.ts, discovery edge-derivers, capacity planning, etc.)
• 2 files removed — apps/web-ui/scripts/backfill-modules.ts and backfill-permissions.ts (existed only in this repo; standalone scripts not referenced by any code, package.json, or CI — verified safe to remove)

Verification

• ✅ bun run build — web-ui (Next.js) + workers both build cleanly
• ✅ bun run typecheck — rbac + workers pass
• ✅ Prisma client regenerated against the updated schema
• ✅ Working tree matches Bitbucket master-v1 exactly (tree hash 08b23be0)

Notes

• Single clean commit (de6083c8) — no Bitbucket commit messages in history
• Backup branch backup-before-sync-20260902-184847 created for rollback
