This PR removes personal-name occurrences ("Dimitris"/"dimitris") from public repository files:\n\n- Updated MIT license copyright holder string\n- Replaced local path examples in README with a generic username placeholder\n- Updated footer attribution text in index.html\n\nNo functional code changes.
