What changes

docs/releases-maintenance.md only (+73 / −225). #25745 deleted .objectui-sha, scripts/bump-objectui.sh (+ selftest), scripts/objectui-changeset-digest.mjs, scripts/objectui-range.mjs and scripts/build-console.sh, but the release runbook still described them as the live procedure. Every sentence that depended on the pin was rewritten or removed, not only the ~25 lines the card counted:

• Intro and layer diagram: the fixed group holds both @objectstack/* and @object-ui/*; ui/ PRs write ordinary root changesets; ui/**/CHANGELOG.md joins the generated detail layer. The objectui bump → .changeset/console-*.md row is gone.

• Manifest regeneration: rewritten for the in-tree producer (node scripts/gen-sdui-manifest-node.mjs builds ui/packages/ registry; check-sdui-manifest.mjs recomputes the source digest), per tooling(ui-merge): governance in-repo — liveness evidence and spec tests stop citing objectui by commit, one sdui-parser, AGENTS.md / pm scripts drop objectui#, ui/AGENTS.md nests, 18 governance workflows merged or retired (parent #25677, 4b/6) #25712. pnpm objectui:build / objectui:refresh are gone.
• Sourcing the Console section: from the @object-ui/* changelogs changeset version writes, not objectui-range.mjs.

The rc.6 pin-chasing paragraph stays, as history in the past tense.

Out of scope, per the card: .claude/skills/**, workflow comments, docs/qa/platform-checklist/areas/*.json, docs/audits/**. docs/adr/0082 still names the deleted scripts in its historical addendum; left as written.
