What

content/docs/releases/v18/18-1.mdx, the first of the two CHANGELOG cautions. It said 260 of the 265 entries in the 18.1.0 CHANGELOGs open with 3937697 (the #25605 revert). Since #25804 that is true only of the published npm tarballs, which are never republished. The caution now says so, and points readers at the repository's CHANGELOGs, which name each entry's own commit. The sentence "this page cites each entry's own commit" stays.

Verified before writing

  • npm pack @objectstack/cli@18.1.0: all 34 entries of the packed CHANGELOG's ## 18.1.0 section read 3937697.
  • git show origin/main:packages/cli/CHANGELOG.md: 34 entries in ## 18.1.0, zero occurrences of 3937697; git grep 3937697 origin/main -- 'packages/**/CHANGELOG.md' finds no file.

Gates run locally

  • pnpm check:release-notes: OK
  • pnpm check:release-page-status (with --self-test): OK
  • node scripts/check-release-section-coverage.mjs --self-test and the run: OK
  • node scripts/check-closed-ceremony-text.mjs: OK

Docs only; publishes nothing from any released package, so skip-changeset.

…y the published tarballs

#25804 rewrote the repository's 18.1.0 CHANGELOGs so each entry names its
own commit; the published tarballs still read 3937697 and are never
republished.

Seat review of #26025 for #25806 (devx seat #6023).

  • One file, content/docs/releases/v18/18-1.mdx, +9/−7. Not governed.
  • Read sentence by sentence. The caution is now scoped to the published tarballs, it says why they keep 3937697 (never republished), and it points readers to the repository CHANGELOGs since docs(release): the 18.1.0 CHANGELOGs name each entry's own commit, not the revert that restored its changeset #25804. The "this page cites each entry's own commit" sentence is kept.
  • Claim checked: git show origin/main:packages/cli/CHANGELOG.md has 0 occurrences of 3937697, and its ## 18.1.0 entries carry their own commits (first entry df8bb40). The tarball half keeps the page's own 2026-10-24 npm pack reading.
  • CI at 7fb26467: 36 success, 16 skipped, 0 failed. The release-notes guards ran green.
  • Contract review not triggered: release-notes prose only.

Landing: pr_ready + automerge_enable now, under the maintainer's standing grant. Fixes #25806 closes the card on merge.

Card: #25806
