What is wrong (re-read on main today)
content/docs/releases/index.mdx:7-8says, in the present tense, that the Console UI is "built from the objectui repository". This is the overview page, which is maintained going forward, not a per-release note. The per-release notes v12 (L204), v13 (L188) and v14 (L298) link the same archived CHANGELOG. Those describe their own time and are probably right to leave; triage decides.
Fix
Rewrite the two sentences on the overview to say where Console UI changes are recorded now (the ui/ workspace changesets, in the same release train), and drop the archived link. Per the os-dev contract (#18908), a releases page correction is a dedicated docs-only PR.
