• Runs: merge-queue CI for PR feat(spec): register the ask agent's draft_record tool, with its chatbot label in all ten packs (cloud#3383) #28131 (e2c96b3c, run 41079610849, Test UI (9/16)) and for PR feat(plugin-detail)!: one record page laid out by its own width; 动态 is the right column's first panel #28116 (6620a9bc, run 41080050426, Test UI (3/16)). Each fails exactly 1 test of about 5,550, the same one in both runs.
• Deterministic. ui/packages/app-shell/src/views/metadata-admin/inspectors/flow-value-envelope.test.ts:77 pins the spec ledger's whole value-role list (FLOW_NODE_EXPRESSION_PATHS). PR fix(spec,service-automation,lint)!: registration and validate judge a connector_action's connectorConfig.input value slot #28150 (automation: registration does not judge a connector_action node's connectorConfig.input value slot, because the spec expression ledger cannot address a sibling block of config #27968), which landed as 3cc45cc4 at 15:18Z, added the connector_action row input.* (block connectorConfig). The received list now carries connector_action:input.*; the pin does not.
• Why main reads green: main pushes since 3cc45cc4 skip the Test UI shards, because those pushes changed no ui/ input. So every queued PR that touches ui/ is ejected on this pin, and the next scheduled full run goes red on main too. Main-push green on 3cc45cc4, a3d24c99, 412908cf and c48cd2c1 is not evidence.

Stop-bleed (the only scope)

• Add 'connector_action:input.*' to the expected list at flow-value-envelope.test.ts:77, in sorted position after 'assignment:assignments.*'. This is a deliberate pin flip, not a skip. The ledger row is correct on main, and the pin is what is stale.
• Before pushing, run the whole ui/packages/app-shell suite. The other ledger readers are flowValueSlots-12101.test.tsx, flowValueSlots-12372.test.tsx and previews/flow-node-refs.ts. Flip any other pin on the same list in the same PR.
• ⛔ No behaviour change. The Studio readers honouring the connectorConfig block root is Studio connector_action form shows no envelope editor and no in-form refusal for a template token in connectorConfig.input #28164 (p2), not this card.
