Claim amendment · 2026-10-31T09:25Z · amends claim 6541435370 after the card thread's measurement on main 3ba52069 (live showcase --fresh, admin; record at /mnt/project-files/ui-seat-1/r2026-10-30/out/27520-saves-measure.md), before any push. Append-only.

Row 6: all four parts still reproduce: the truncated one-line banner, no cell marks although the 400 names title and estimate_hours, the PATCH sent with -5, and Save All 0 px from the edge. The save bar, banner and per-row error state live in ui/packages/components/src/renderers/complex/data-table.tsx, so the seat adds that file to the surface. Client min/max/length/required go through buildValidationRules. A row refused locally takes the same VALIDATION_FAILED shape, and the other rows still save.
Row 19: the field mark is already fixed. A rule that names a field (cross_field) marks it, with one message and no banner or toast, through extractFieldErrors. A script rule answers only _record, so there is nothing to mark. That is the stop condition: no spec or server edit, and it is recorded, not filed. The duplicate still reproduces for a _record refusal: the banner and an identical toast. That pair is raised by ui/packages/components/src/renderers/form/form.tsx, which the seat adds to the surface.
Behaviour call, seat ruling: a refused submit shows one message: the banner, scrolled into view, with no toast. objectui#13340's test said the toast was there "for when the banner has scrolled out of view", and scrolling the banner into view covers that case. The driver-memory: bulkCreate is Promise.all(map(create)), so a refused row leaves every earlier row of the batch landed — updateMany on the same driver refuses before mutating anything #13340 test is adapted to the new rule: one banner, scrolled into view, and zero error toasts on a refusal the banner draws. Its no-stacking guarantee on a retry still holds. Where the form draws no banner, the toast stays.
Reader: @object-ui/react extractFieldErrors / unmarkedRefusalLines, which form.tsx already uses. ui/packages/core/src/actions/actionResponse.ts leaves the surface.

This reverses a pinned visible behaviour (the refusal toast), so the PR goes to the contract-review lane before the seat lands it.
