feat(nx-service-applet): hold off the console's automatic sleep - #166

A program waiting on a host is exactly what the idle timer reads as nobody being there, and a console that sleeps takes its network down with it, so a run breaks off reporting no console rather than a result. - `SelfController::set_auto_sleep_disabled` issues ISelfController cmd 68, in the bool-in/no-out shape the crate's other setters already use - The HOS 5.0.0 floor is checked in `nx-rt-core` rather than here: no firmware version reaches below the runtime, so the primitive stays version-agnostic like its 2.0.0 sibling and says so - The command carries no applet-type restriction, only a version one, so it dispatches through `get_self_controller()` instead of the `Application` typestate its neighbours go through - `appletSetAutoSleepDisabled` now resolves to `__nx_rt_core__libnx_applet_set_auto_sleep_disabled` through the applet override fragment Signed-off-by: Lorenzo Delgado <lnsdev@proton.me>
