The first TS7 blocker is config-level: compilerOptions.baseUrl is no longer supported (TS5102). It’s set in /tsconfig.json and inherited by workspace packages, so package type-checks fail immediately under TS7.

What needs to change first:

1. Remove baseUrl from /home/runner/work/nuclear/nuclear/tsconfig.json.
2. Keep/update path mapping to preserve current alias behavior (TS suggests replacing the old baseUrl pattern with explicit paths mapping).
3. Re-run workspace type-checks to surface any next TS7-specific issues after config unblocks.

I haven’t pushed code changes yet; this is the impact assessment from running type-check with TS7.

Done in e35e8b3.

I removed compilerOptions.baseUrl from /tsconfig.json, which was the TS7 config blocker (TS5102) I outlined.

After rerunning targeted type-checks, config parsing is unblocked and the next TS7 issues surfaced are side-effect import typing in @nuclearplayer/themes (TS2882) and an upstream astro check incompatibility with TS7 in @nuclearplayer/website.
