This application is intended to generate a professional README for any software development project. Through writing this program, I learned how to create badges using shields.io.
Once in your terminal, cd into this app's directory (location may vary). To download the necessary dependencies, simply run 'npm install' (Node.js and node package manager required). The dependencies should now be installed in the application's directory.
After you've installed the dependencies, run 'node index.js' to initialize the application. The first question should appear in your terminal after doing this.
