Summary

  • Accept an optional RFC 3339 scheduled_at timestamp when creating a job.
  • Persist the timestamp in the existing available_at column; jobs remain pending and the queue's existing readiness predicate prevents early claims.
  • Preserve immediate execution when the field is omitted and existing idempotency-key behaviour.
  • Document scheduled job submission and add API/service tests plus PostgreSQL persistence coverage.

Validation

  • CI must pass before merge.
  • No schema migration is needed because available_at already exists.

This is one-time scheduling only; recurring schedules and dependency graphs remain out of scope.
