They are now always visible as children of the "Use Custom Limits" checkbox and are not editable if the checkbox disabled.

The min and max custom limit properties are now always visible as children of the "Use Custom Limits" checkbox and are only editable if the checkbox is enabled.
I also moved to cost map selection to the top of the list.
