Publish the contributor-check admission changes already integrated by #143 as patch release 6.3.2. Both contributor entrypoints use the optional host queue before execution budgets begin; the shipped skills, runtime behavior, authority, and installation mechanisms remain unchanged.
Align VERSION, both manifests, evaluation instrument versions, and the site's current-package references. Add release notes and evidence that distinguish checked integration behavior from unverified host and model behavior. Independent source review found no material defects in #143 or this release delta.
Validation on this candidate: the full pinned local deterministic gate and
git diff --checkpassed; strict Claude schema validation passed. The local Codex validator was unavailable, and the required pinned Codex validator runs in CI. Real nested-grant lifecycle, external adapter watchdog and admitted-descendant cancellation, Windows execution, and optimal resource sizing remain UNVERIFIED. No clean-install or paid behavioral sessions were run; current installation, activation, continuity, and model behavior remain UNVERIFIED.After this PR and integrated main CI pass, tag the integrated revision as v6.3.2. The existing release workflow publishes the per-capability validation matrix, GitHub Release, and Pages from that exact revision.
