Summary
Clarify existing CTO supervision across the authorized project: question the suitability of current solutions,
perform feasible authorized repairs in the current run, and defer only on concrete, evidenced grounds. Findings
cannot be discharged by creating an issue. Improvements remain finite, prioritize the owner's outcome, and retain
read-only restrictions, protected actions, and fast-fixes' local delivery boundary.
Plan and deferred issues share one execution-task contract in tracked work. Verification permits equivalent-evidence
consolidation of old redundant checks while retaining unique proof and legitimate fixed examples. Extend the unrun
corpus with project discovery, feasible repair versus recording, bounded continuation after compaction, and executable
deferral records. Repair two synthetic oracle defects and the observed exact-spelling checker overhead without raising
timeouts or removing coverage. Release candidate: 6.2.1.
Verification
python scripts/check.py: PASS within its existing 120-second pytest bound. The initial timeout remains recorded.git diff --check: PASS. Review-only documentation changes revalidated affected link, portability, and package signals.281118e; a separate narrow review approved the one-line checker remedy.Notes
No package layout or installation mechanism changes. New clean installs, activation, continuity, behavioral improvements,
and model cost savings remain UNVERIFIED; no paid behavioral comparisons ran. The optional Claude source review could
not refresh its expired OAuth session and remains UNVERIFIED. The release workflow publishes each capability separately
in its validation matrix. Private transcripts and project identifiers are excluded from public records.
