… linted. Solved by finding the referenced microflow via app.yaml. For the test script to work the app.yaml is recreated in the script and removed on exit of the call

Fixed an issue with 005_0002 in which microflows in subfolders weren't linted.
Solved by finding the referenced microflow via app.yaml.
For the test script to work the app.yaml is recreated in the script and removed on exit of the call.
Extended test cases as well.
