Add --gsi flag to use building and elevation data from Japan's Geospatial Information Authority (国土地理院) for much better coverage of Japanese areas.

Buildings:

  • Fetch building polygons from GSI optimal_bvmap vector tiles
  • Parse MVT/Protobuf format and convert to OSM-compatible data
  • Merge with OSM data (typically 3-4x more buildings in Japan)
  • Local tile caching for offline reuse

Elevation:

  • When --gsi + --terrain, use GSI DEM (5m/10m precision) instead of AWS Terrarium (~30m precision)
  • GSI DEM PNG 24-bit signed integer decoding
  • Separate cache prefix to avoid conflicts with Terrarium tiles

GUI:

  • Add "GSI Buildings (Japan)" checkbox in Settings
