Express.js API Template with MongoDB

A template for creating APIs with Express.js and MongoDB.

Prerequisites

Before running this application, ensure you have the following installed:

• Node.js
• MongoDB

Installation

1. Clone the repository
2. Navigate to the project directory
3. Install dependencies: npm install
4. Set up MongoDB:
   • Ensure MongoDB is running locally or provide the MongoDB connection string in the configuration.

Configuration

• Update the MongoDB connection string in config.js with your MongoDB server details.

Usage

1. Start the server:
2. The API will be available at http://localhost:3000.

Endpoints

Example Endpoint

• GET /api/example: Returns a list of examples.
