It is a released project in the organisation but was missing from the front page. It sits beside hang-watcher: both keep a model serving when an engine stops making progress, hang-watcher by restarting the engine, continuation_gateway by resuming the stream the client was receiving.

Adds continuation_gateway to the organisation front page (
profile/README.md), under Scaling and health next to hang-watcher.It is released (chart
continuation-gatewayin helm-charts, image4pdosc/continuation_gateway) but was not listed. The two sit together because both keep a model serving when an engine stops making progress: hang-watcher restarts the engine, continuation_gateway resumes the stream the client was receiving, so the client gets one complete reply instead of a truncated one.The same project is being added to the components table in the main repository's README (modelsphere/modelsphere#13), which now also uses this page's Operate group name for swiss.
Checked: the new link returns 200, and every row of the table still has three columns.
