Reviewed exact head 3d85fb4f2fc24d2ebd232ba97ff9e44538ed278a against current main 9e7f6af8c30bc9ba5c4ce498f09af5dcef96e225. The change removes two unused imports only; vad_utils.py has no registration or import-time behavior beyond imports and function definitions. Exact-head and current-main merge-tree focused tests passed 52/52, compileall passed, the unused-import AST contract passed, and the two-file diff is clean.
