Completed multi-pass validation and historical anti-duplication audit for candidate software patterns across 2026 technical landscape. Evaluated candidates against current catalogue (890 published entries), authoring queue, and git history. All evaluated candidates failed confidence score thresholds or hard cap requirements (novelty < 23/25 or evidence < 18/20). Per repository release gate policy, creating no pull request is the correct result.
