DirectXTexEXR is missing support for "displayWindow" meta data

Hi,

It appears that the EXR loading code only handles "dataWindow", and the "displayWindow" data is ignored. See https://openexr.com/en/latest/StandardAttributes.html for more info.

Any chance of this getting added so overscan renders and cropped comps can load correctly?
