feat: Add a way to add title slides in the middle too (Not just in starting)

Is there a way to like add the title slide (The first slide) anywhere in the middle of all my slides.

In some of my presentations using PowerPoint, I usually create a second or third title slide like thing to differentiate between different chapters or modules and I would love it if it was present in presenterm too

Do you mean centered vertically in the slide? If that's the case then have a look at the last slide in examples/demo.md (the "The end" one).
