Add a section describing how to create and edit agent skills directly in chat from Studio Pro 11.15, instead of managing SKILL.md files manually. Clarify that Maia's own edits sync automatically, while manual edits still take effect on the next chat session or via the Sync button. Update the capabilities table in the Maia Make overview to note the new behavior.
Rename maia-instructions.md to maia-agent-instructions.md with URL redirect. Use consistent 'Agent Skills' and 'Agent Instructions' naming throughout, with 'Maia Agent X (STANDARD.md)' in page titles and (SKILLS.md)/(AGENTS.md) suffixes in index tables. Simplify section heading to 'Writing Agent Skills with Maia'.
