The index CI must build and resolve the candidate version before merge.

Shared-resource layout: the new 1.5.0 URL/SHA256 is declared once before the package, with one reference per platform. Existing 1.2.0 entries are unchanged. This PR is now based on main after the integration squash merge; its entire source diff is 10 added lines in compat.hiredis.lua. Main-based CI is complete: all 20 executed checks passed, including four candidate build/run/lock checks and existing-consumer validation.
