This release corresponds to the version of the Bill Analyst classification system used to produce the analyses in:

Bhargava, H. K., & Soliman, M. (in preparation). The Structure of U.S. State AI Policy: Evidence from a Multi-Dimensional Bill Classification.

Contents:

• Multi-agent classification pipeline (LangGraph + LangChain)
• Seven analyst agent prompts with scoring rubrics
• Keyword pre-filter implementation
• Judge agent revision loop
• Database construction documentation (Database_Creation_doc.md)

Requirements: Python 3.10+, OpenAI API key, LegiScan API key

The dataset of 2,571 classified bills and validation annotations are archived separately on Zenodo: [DOI will be added after archive is finalized]
