Add "center" position

Changes

If someone wants to make users choose between the 2 instead of ignoring the banner, they now can center the banner.

Notes

• I used flex instead of position since it's much easier and supported by most modern browsers
• There were some automatic prettier formatting along the way - you can ignore that :)
