Forgot a couple bugs I've known about for over 25 years.

I almost think that the SMARTBASTARD crash has something to do with toggling sound on and off with the S keybind as you enter the cheat, but I have no evidence to confirm that.
Even more bugs/crashes.

Adding my own bug I just encountered. I've been playing Carmageddon 2 since the 1990's and am happy to see a decomp effort for the game taking place. I wish I could contribute to this project more but I don't know a whole lot about decompiling games.
