…retries) presets#780 raises terraform -parallelism to 25 on the reverse-import genconfig/driftfix/final-plan paths and emits adaptive provider retry tuning - the data-backed fix for the 1h41m plan job (genconfig was ~91% of wall-clock; see luthersystems/ui-core#420).
