This pull request removes several legacy color transform utilities and consolidates color transformation logic into the
colorToCsstransformer, which now supports multiple output formats including hex, rgb(a), hsl(a), and rgbFloat. Associated test files for the removed transformers have also been deleted, and all references to the old color transforms have been removed from registration and test code. Thecss-extendedtransform group has been updated to use the unifiedcolor/csstransform instead of the previouscolor/rgbAlpha.
