chore(example): upgrade expo example to SDK 57

Summary

Upgrade example/expo to Expo SDK 57.

• expo ~57.0.25, expo-* packages to 57.x, babel-preset-expo ~57.0.13
• react-native 0.86.3, react-native-reanimated 4.5.1, react-native-worklets 0.10.1, react-native-gesture-handler ~2.32.0
• Add expo-status-bar config plugin (required in SDK 57)
• Add expo-build-properties with ios.enableSceneSupport (Xcode 27 / iOS 27 SDK requires the UIScene lifecycle; the SDK 57 template doesn't adopt it)

Bare example and root dev deps bumped to RN 0.86.3 (reanimated 4.5.1, worklets 0.10.1) to match Expo. Bare iOS fixes for Xcode 27:

• Adopt UIScene lifecycle (SceneDelegate + scene manifest)
• Podfile post_install: raise pod resource bundle deployment targets to min_ios_version_supported (Xcode 27 rejects RNSVGFilters at 12.4)
