The README linked the obsolete Microsoft support URL for the Visual C++ Redistributable, which currently returns HTTP 404. This updates the link to the current Microsoft Learn page.\n\nValidation:\n- New URL responds with HTTP 200.\n- git diff --check passes.\n\nFixes #301.
