Reliable form delivery for websites.

Ackvia started as a small service that accepted form submissions and sent Telegram notifications. It has grown into a delivery system with a separate worker, delivery attempts, retries, explicit delivery states, PostgreSQL locking for worker claims, tests, and auditability.
It's now also my university thesis project. My goal is to take it beyond “works on my machine” and turn it into a finished product that outside users can connect to their forms and trust.
