LoopFollow 6.x no longer supports Nightscout Careportal as a remote command path; remote control is exclusively via direct APNS to Loop or Trio. Drops the dedicated Nightscout remote control page and its orphaned images, prunes references throughout the rest of the docs, and notes the removal near the Trio remote control content and in the version compatibility / feature history sections.

Prepare a PR to add information to LoopFollowDocs about features now in dev that will be included in LoopFollow v6.2.0. This PR should not be merged until the next code release is ready.
Before merging, review the documents and where there is time, provide improvements to overall documents.
