The plugin helper recorded macOS 14 as its build SDK even when compiled with Xcode 27, causing the system to treat it as an older build. Record the actual SDK separately from the deployment target and reuse the macOS 14 minimum in the helper's Info.plist.
Release plugin 0.3.9 to deliver this compatibility fix alongside the shared presentation renderer and fullscreen scaling changes already merged on main. Keep manifest, package, and lockfile versions aligned, and refresh the plugin documentation for Xcode 27 CI.
Validation: the built MCP executable and helper report SDK 27.0 and minimum macOS 14.0. A new packaging regression test checks both binaries and the bundle minimum. All 15 plugin tests and TypeScript checks passed; the Swift suite completed with 183 tests, one skipped, and no failures. Shell syntax and git diff checks passed.
Published plugin 0.3.9 from merged source fd6543a to codex/plugin-distribution. Developer ID signatures, Apple notarization, stapling, Gatekeeper, and extracted-package checks passed. Both CI runs passed. The user's Codex installation was upgraded to 0.3.9; its cached helper also passes signature, ticket, and Gatekeeper validation and records SDK 27.0 with minimum macOS 14.0.
