Overview
Updated the authentication docs, so the guides are clear for all OIDC providers and other methods.
To keep the docs readable, we're slowly moving towards sub-pages. I'll address the other categories for this at a later point. But all the authentication docs are now updated.
I've also made tiny update to Dockerfile so we don't ship npm/npx in the run stage, since it's just not needed. Will make the container a few bytes smaller.
