A changelog page in another language showed the latest release translated and every older one in English below it. Each changelog/<locale>.md now keeps every release it translates, newest first, instead of being overwritten at each cut: the translations from 0.69.0 to 0.76.0 come back from git history. The page lists only those releases and ends with a link to the English changelog for the older ones, so it never mixes languages. TestTranslations changes because the contract changed: a file holds the newest releases of CHANGELOG.md in order, starting at the latest and skipping none, each with the same shape as the English section. The lich-changelog-i18n skill adds the new section at the top instead of overwriting the file. The "Older releases" button also hides once every release is shown: its display: flex overrode the hidden attribute.
