Add mappings for NES Switch controllers on Linux

Description

This PR adds controller mappings for NES controllers for Nintendo Switch on Linux.
This PR needs to be tested, so I will prepare an archive for testing for notroid5 once the CI finishes! (EDIT: This PR seems to work well!)
