The response to BanklessDAO [RfC](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wEBKva9kYj3N1FhJslhRBJ_aRcY4AXYRcXfX1COD750/edit) note my rackrate are **$500 USD/hr chargeout** for emergencies (displacing prior commits) which at a generous $1USD to 0.002 is $250kBANK/hr at the time. Reading this and no objection by any lvl equal or greater to mine means bDAO officials tacitly accept these terms along with my standard IP provisions (title retained until all invoices settled)
Wrote up events as of date (Tues) including the prior 2-4 IP models and the resulting legal alternative structures.
