Improve controller UI

• Added tooltips to the sort button to better indicate what the sort does
• Removed the default no sort
• Filtering will highlight the filter matches in the list
• List doesn't continuously update, rather only when the filters/sort change
• Removed the mcol copied AbstractWindowSkeleton
• Reduced unnecessary bloat code
• Updated old code to more recent practices, using apache commons where possible
• Reduced the amount of small methods which are only utilized once
• Updated old BlockUI xml tags to the new one + xml namespaces added
